(Automotive Service Technician)
We are looking for a well-experienced Automotive Service Technician for “Go Auto Corporation” located at 14755-137 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 2L5, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose cars, light trucks and other automotive vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical and performance-related issues.
Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations and other preventative maintenance procedures.
Repair and replace mechanical components, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension and other vehicle systems as required.
Diagnose faults using computerized diagnostic equipment, testing devices and manufacturer specifications to determine appropriate repair procedures.
Inspect, repair and service vehicle electrical and electronic systems, including batteries, starting systems, charging systems and related components.
Test and adjust repaired systems according to manufacturer specifications and conduct road tests when required to confirm proper vehicle performance.
Review work orders and technical manuals, determine required repairs and provide information regarding parts, labour and service requirements.
Perform vehicle safety and general condition inspections and identify components requiring immediate or future maintenance and repair.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance and repairs performed and communicate service findings to supervisors or service advisors.
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition and follow established workplace health and safety procedures.
Prerequisites:
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive service, vehicle maintenance and repair or a related field.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $37.00 to $39.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Work Location: On site
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
