We are looking for a well-experienced IT Analyst, Infrastructure for “Go Auto” located at 10 Heritage Meadows Rd, Calgary, AB T2H 3C1, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, workstations and related technology resources.
Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, network devices and infrastructure software to ensure reliable business operations.
Monitor network and system performance, identify technical issues and implement appropriate solutions to improve system availability, reliability and efficiency.
Provide technical support for infrastructure-related incidents, investigate system and network problems and resolve escalated technical issues in a timely manner.
Administer user accounts, system permissions and access controls while following established information security policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain system backup, recovery and disaster recovery procedures to protect business information and support continuity of operations.
Perform infrastructure upgrades, software updates, system patches and configuration changes while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Monitor infrastructure security, identify potential vulnerabilities and assist with implementing security controls to protect networks, systems and organizational data.
Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, infrastructure inventories and records of maintenance, incidents and changes.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and other departments to plan and implement infrastructure improvements, technology projects and system integrations.
Prerequisites:
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network support or a related field.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $40.50 to $42.50 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Work Location: On site
