(Food Services Manager)
We are looking for a well-experienced Food Services Manager for “B Social Hospitality” to work at 423 Elizabeth St., Burlington, ON L7R 2L8, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily food and beverage service operations to ensure efficient restaurant service and a positive guest experience.
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise food service staff, assign duties and monitor employee performance to maintain established service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure food preparation, presentation and table service are completed efficiently and according to restaurant standards.
Monitor food, beverage and restaurant supply inventories, coordinate purchasing requirements and maintain appropriate stock levels for daily operations.
Monitor revenues, food and labour costs, inventory usage and other operating expenses and implement measures to improve efficiency and control costs.
Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, sanitation, health and workplace safety requirements throughout restaurant operations.
Coordinate restaurant promotions, special events, group functions and busy service periods to ensure appropriate staffing, food supplies and service arrangements.
Address customer complaints and service concerns professionally and implement appropriate solutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and coordinate the procurement of food, beverages, equipment and other restaurant supplies.
Maintain operational records, review restaurant performance and implement procedures to improve service quality, productivity and overall operations.
Prerequisites:
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service, restaurant operations, hospitality management or a related field.
Language: English
Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Work Location: On site
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
