One Call Drywall is looking for experienced and hardworking Drywall Installer Team Leads to join our growing team. Candidates must have strong drywall installation and finishing skills, along with the ability to lead and supervise workers on commercial and residential projects.

• Position: Drywall Installer Team Lead

• Number of Vacancies: 3

• Location: Various locations throughout the Lower Mainland, BC

• Wage: $37.00 per hour

• Experience Required: 2–3 years

• Language: English

• Work Type: Full-time, on-site

• Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise drywall installation and finishing crews.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.

• Install, tape, mud, sand and finish drywall.

• Prepare surfaces and apply plaster where required.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Coordinate materials, tools and equipment.

• Supervise workers and maintain workplace safety.

• Work at heights, scaffolding and various construction sites.

• Assist with preparing tenders and quotations.

Work Environment

• Commercial and residential construction.

• Indoor and outdoor work.

• Dusty construction environments.

• Various job sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

Supervision

• Ability to lead and supervise teams of 15–20 workers.
