Food service supervisor

We are looking for an experienced food service supervisor for Little Caesars Pizza store located at 68 King William St Algonquin Park, ON P0A 1K0 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Supervise counter and kitchen staff on shift, assigning tasks and checking work quality.

·       Train new staff in food preparation, order taking, and safe food handling.

·       Oversee pizza preparation, including dough, topping, baking, and quality checks.

·       Take orders and payments, operate the till, and balance cash at shift end.

·       Manage inventory, place supplier orders, and check deliveries.

·       Enforce food safety and sanitation standards, and open and close the restaurant.

Prerequisites:

Education:                             Some high school or equivalent.

Experience & Skills:            1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food industry

Language:                             English

Physical:

-       Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.

-       Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Hourly Rate: $ 19 to $ 20 per Hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
