*Position : Dental laboratory managing Supervisor
A This position is responsible for overseeing a team of dental technicians and an administrative team in a dental lab. Their role includes both technical duties and managerial responsibilities.
*Job Description
-Preparing and submitting regular reports on lab performance to the director
-Overseeing the budget for the lab, ensuring financial efficiency.
-Overseeing the work of dental technicians who fabricate crowns, bridges, dentures, and other dental prostheses.
-Ensuring proper staffing and shift management to meet production demands.
-Reviewing the final products to make sure they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
-Addressing any issues that arise with the products or production processes.
-Hiring technicians and other staff and providing ongoing training.
-Overseeing the use of digital tools and technologies such as CAD/CAM
-Communicating with dentists and other healthcare providers to ensure that products meet their specifications.
-Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed to protect staff from hazards like chemicals and equipment.
-Keeping informed on new materials, tools, and technologies in the dental industry.

*Requirement
Completion of College level in Dental Technology or a related field is required.
5 years of experience working as a dental technician or supervisor in the dental lab. is usually required.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems, digital workflow management tools, and other dental laboratory management software.
Fluency in English.
Ability to resolve issues related to production, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
