Job duties:
· Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities at the hunting camp
· Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
· Prepare and cook food for camp guests and staff
· Create new recipes
· Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
· Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
· Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
Wage: $50USD per hour
Terms of employment: Seasonal, (Fall) September 2025 through mid/late November 2025.
Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English
