Number of positions available: one.
Term of employment: 30 hours per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English.
Wage: C$41.25 per hour.

Job Duties
· Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
· Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
· Prepare and control the stores’ budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
· Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
· Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the stores’ reputation.
· Inspect the areas in the stores and resolve any issues that might arise.
· Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
· Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
· Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
· Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.
· Developing new sales strategies.
· Others duties as required
Requirements
· Three plus years of experience in a management position with exposure to marketing and sales,
finance and accounting, and HR and administration.
· Familiar with industry best practices.
· Bachelor’s degree in management or commerce
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Organizational skills.
· Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
· Ability to work as a Leader.
· Follow direction and instructions.
